Welcome to our sake brewery experience, where you can savor the weight of history and the blessings of water with all five senses. Founded in 1869, Kamedaya Sake Brewery is a historic sake brewery featuring a main building designated as a National Registered Tangible Cultural Property.At the on-site direct sales shop, "Sake Yūkan," you can sample and purchase our flagship brand, "Alps Masamune," among others. The spring water from the Northern Alps mountain range, used as brewing water, is freely available for drinking and taking home.

With advance reservation, you can also tour the main house, which vividly preserves the lifestyle of the Meiji and Taisho eras. Why not immerse yourself in the sake culture of Shinshu within this timeless space?
