Located in the historic town of Matsumoto, Yoikana Shuzo continues to practice traditional sake brewing to this day. In front of the brewery, the "Meotoba Spring" gushes forth steadily. The brewery uses this pure well water, which they discovered themselves, to craft their sake with the utmost care.
