Matsumoto Temari Workshop: "Yaegiku"

Temari made with our shop’s original Shinshu plant-dyed yarn

☆We’ll hold the workshop on your preferred date and time for groups of 3 or more (if attending as a group of 1 or 2, you can participate by paying the fee for 3 people)☆ You’ll create a 13cm-diameter Matsumoto temari by embroidering the “Yaegiku” pattern, a signature design of Matsumoto temari.Since it’s a mini size, you can turn it into a strap or keychain in your favorite colors. This workshop is a step up from the “First-Time Temari Experience” designed for beginners.

We use plant-dyed threads from Shinshu. One of the joys of this workshop is selecting your stitching thread from dozens of different plant-dyed options.
