Matsumoto Temari Workshop: "Cherry Blossoms and the Alps"

Temari made with our shop’s original Shinshu plant-dyed yarn

☆We’ll hold the workshop on your preferred date and time for groups of two or more (if you’re participating alone, you can join by paying the fee for two people)☆

You will embroider a pattern inspired by the cherry blossoms and Alpine scenery of Matsumoto, Shinshu, onto a pre-prepared base. This is an authentic Matsumoto temari-making workshop.

We use plant-dyed threads made from plants native to Shinshu and Matsumoto.

Choose your favorite colors to create a one-of-a-kind, original temari.

A carrying case is included.

*Participants must be middle school age or older.
