[Reception Hours and Location]

Meet at the reception desk at the site of the Ogiya Historical Museum (entrance to Nomugi Pass Auto Campground)
[Gathering: 9:15–9:45]
> Transfer to the event venue by bus from the parking lot.
> On the return trip, the bus will depart from the summit and take you back to the parking lot. (You may also walk.)

◆For those meeting at the location by private car…2,000 yen (Capacity: 110 people)
◆Shuttle bus from Matsumoto Station via Hata Branch Office…3,000 yen (Capacity: 40 people)
Both options include a 500-yen coupon, udon soup, and insurance.
Please pay the participation fee in cash on the day of the event.
【Schedule】
- 10:00 AM: Opening ceremony at Wasabi-zawa.
-10:10 Commence commemorative hike from Wasabi-sawa to Nomugi Pass. Walk approximately 1.5 km (about 1 hour).
-12:00 Summit ceremony and lecture by the director of the Okaya Silk Museum
Nomugi Isasa Dance, songs of the silk-reeling women, etc.
【Descent and Return】
▼For those arriving by private car
Descend on foot or by shuttle bus.
Shuttle buses to the parking lot are scheduled to run from the Nomugi Pass summit between 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM.
▼Shuttle buses bound for Matsumoto Station and the Hata Branch Office are scheduled to depart from the summit of Nomugi Pass around 1:30 PM.
The bus will stop at Nagawa Sansai-kan on its way to the meeting point.
*Shuttle bus departure times are subject to change depending on conditions on the day.
【What to Bring】
Drinks, packed lunch (optional), comfortable walking shoes, hat, windbreaker, and a blanket or mat.
Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the summit.
【Rainy Weather Plan】
We plan to hold the rain contingency program at the "Nagawa Cultural Center Yume no Mori" in the Nagawa district.
Details will be announced at a later date.
In the event of cancellation due to rain or other reasons, a decision will be made by noon the day before.
If the event is canceled, we will notify you via the email address you provided during registration.
