Central Library Outdoor Event: “Open-Air Library”
Our annual outdoor event held at Kaichi Park (next to the Central Library).
There’s plenty to enjoy, including picture book readings, workshops, and bookstore booths!
It’s being held simultaneously with “Living Bridge to National Treasures,” during which the main street between Matsumoto Shrine and Kaichi Elementary School becomes a transit mall!!
