Matsumoto Library Relay: July “Who Does Art Belong To? Kei Mochizuki, the Painter Who Depicted Humor in Daily Life and Work”
We will speak with a staff member from Azumino City who is involved in the special exhibition currently being held at the Azumino City Archives and Art Museum. The exhibition focuses on the artistic and labor movements, as well as the lifestyles of people before and after the war, associated with the painter Kei Mochizuki, a graduate of Matsumoto Junior High School.
