This is an antenna shop showcasing the new appeal of soba noodles, perfect for a stop during your Matsumoto Castle sightseeing. Its biggest feature is using buckwheat flour cultivated and milled at our own farms in Matsumoto and Azumino. The especially popular "Soba Flour Karintou" is a standout item with an addictive crunch, reminiscent of fried noodles themselves.At the counter inside, you can also enjoy savory "soba oyaki" (stuffed soba dumplings) and Tartary buckwheat tea for eat-in.
