■ How to Enjoy the Digital Stamp Rally & Rules
(1) Get a digital stamp at a store!
When paying at participating stores or facilities (only locations marked with a stamp icon on the map), please tell the staff, “I’m participating in the Stamp Rally.” The store or facility will present a sheet with a QR code
for the stamp rally; please scan it with your smartphone camera.
Each store’s digital stamp can be obtained only once per participant (LINE account holder). Even if you scan the QR code multiple times on the same day or during this year’s event period, you cannot receive the same stamp more than once.
As a welcome stamp, you will receive the Matsumoto Castle stamp upon joining the rally. (→ When you scan the QR code for the first time, your “Stamps Owned” count will show as 2.)
You’ll be added as a friend on the LINE Hashigo Map, so notifications about prize availability and other updates will be sent via the LINE Hashigo Map.

(2) Let’s “hop” around and collect them!
Please collect digital stamps from all different stores.
*Please present your digital stamp when making a purchase, dining, or any other transaction that requires payment.
You can obtain a digital stamp for each store by scanning its QR code.

・When you collect 10, 20, or 30 stamps, a coupon message will be automatically sent to your LINE account at each milestone.

・The delivered coupon message includes a survey.
・The survey is optional. You can still receive the coupon even if you do not answer the survey.
・If you complete the survey, you will receive one bonus stamp.
・Please inform participants that coupons can be redeemed for prizes or entry into a raffle at participating stores. Please refer to the video we will send separately for instructions on how to redeem them.

What Is the Matsumoto 100 Store Project?

The M100 “Matsumoto ‘Hyakuten’ Project” is a collaborative initiative between volunteer-run shops throughout the city and municipal facilities. It aims to promote “a city you want to walk through, a Matsumoto you’ll want to visit again” by encouraging shop owners to enhance the appeal of their own stores and inviting visitors to explore Matsumoto’s charming locations, spaces, and cultural facilities. It began in 2009. In addition to creating and distributing “shop-hopping” maps and offering “shop-hopping” tickets, the project implements initiatives—such as sticker rallies—that connect shops in Matsumoto’s downtown area with tourist attractions to encourage visitors to explore the city.
