We will be holding the Reiwa 8 Tanabata Exhibition, “Wishes Upon the Stars”
At the Kubota Kuho Memorial Museum, Tanabata dolls and bamboo branches are on display on the veranda of Kuho’s childhood home, which still retains the atmosphere of the Meiji period.
Why not spend some relaxing time here, gazing at the garden of his childhood home and the Tanabata dolls, while writing your wishes on a tanzaku strip?
Elementary school students have decorated the memorial hall with strips of paper bearing their wishes, helping to create a festive Tanabata atmosphere.
We look forward to your visit! ☆彡
