Located near Lake Misuzu, this cycling stadium has been affectionately known as the "Sky Road Cycling Stadium Matsumoto" since 2014 through a naming rights agreement. Its 333.333-meter-long track, featuring a maximum banking angle of 36 degrees, is designed for track cycling and allows for racing on fixed-gear bikes.Beyond individual use, it serves as a base for year-round cycling training, hosting training camps, group events
, and official competitions. The management building includes showers, restrooms, and a rest area, with parking for approximately 200 vehicles. On clear days, riders can experience the exhilaration of racing along the track amidst the refreshing air at an elevation of about 1,000 meters.
