・Bike rentals are not reservation-based. We will provide bikes based on availability at the time of check-in.
・For electric-assist mountain bikes, only size M is available. (Recommended height: 157cm to 183cm)
Due to very limited availability, reservations for groups of 3 or more are not possible.
※If you wish to ride to Mount Norikura, please use the E-bikes available for rent at the Norikura Tourist Center.
