The vermilion bridge stands out along the approach to Shishu Shrine

South of Shishu Shrine, known as the deity of matchmaking, lies the "Kōbashi" bridge spanning the Meguro River. True to its name, this beautiful bridge seems to fill you with happiness just by crossing it. Its name is said to derive from the "Imperial Procession Bridge" crossed by Emperor Meiji during his visit to Shishu Shrine, serving as a bridge leading to this sacred place.It's also famous as

a filming location for the popular movie "orange." This place, where the characters spent their youth, has become a sacred site visited by many fans. In May and September, the "Waterfront Market" is held on the bridge, drawing large crowds. Be sure to visit and capture a memorable photo.
