Head one block north from Nawate Street, lined with frog sculptures. There, you’ll find “Nawate Yokocho,” a narrow alley that feels like it leads to a secret hideaway. Look for the small stone monument, turn the corner at the izakaya, and walk down the narrow alley to find a few restaurants huddled together along this short street.
