Yamabebossa is an organic cafe in Matsumoto that serves drinks and food that can be baked in an oven, like cake and quiche.

The cafe first opened in Tokyo. The couple that runs the cafe has an interest in Brazil, (the wife still travels a lot to Brazil these days), and they decided to create a themed environment to share the things they liked with their customers.

In 2016 the couple decided to move to Matsumoto because they liked the mountains, hot springs, the absence of humidity, and the high number of sunny days. Of course it’s cold in winter, but they are getting used to it.
The cafe is now open in Satoyamabe, Matsumoto, in an old style Japanese home.

The owners pay attention to using organic ingredients, and would like to recommend their cafe to everyone who likes organic food.
