Located on Nakamachi Street, this is a specialty shop for Shinshu hand-made soba noodles. Opening the door in its subdued color scheme, the stone mill at the entrance catches your eye. The shop's motto is to grind Yatsugatake-grown buckwheat flour using this stone mill and serve soba noodles freshly made each morning with the owner's heartfelt dedication.
