10km Run (No timing chips, etc.)

A 1km–2km out-and-back course!

6km Walk (A safe, out-and-back course)

Meeting Point: Yamabiko Dome Entrance　

　　　A baggage check area is available, but please keep an eye on your valuables yourself

10:45 AM: Registration begins

11:00 AM: Greetings, stretching, warm-up exercises, and movement drills

Lecture on the essentials of running and walking

11:45 AM Start (until 12:55 PM)

6 km walk

10 km run (The total time is 70 minutes, but since it’s a loop course, we can adjust the distance to 8 km or similar)

There will be no pacer, but participants who wish to do so can form groups

and encourage each other to keep up the pace!

・After the event, you can pick up a souvenir and head home

1:00 PM: Fermented rice balls will be distributed!
