Synopsis: Today is the "Golden Flame" Festival. Cream Panda and his friends have arrived in Western Town. While preparing for the festival, Cream Panda got into a fight with Croquette Kid and ran off from Western Town.Meanwhile, Baikinman extinguishes the Golden Flame, plunging the area into total darkness…!! Hearing cries for help, Anpanman heads to the town in the West. What will become of the Golden Flame Festival? And will the two be able to make up?
