At this park, you can enjoy walking among the birches and other trees, and in the spring, it is on of the top cherry blossom viewing spots in Matsumoto. The observation platform offers a panoramic view of Matsumoto, which is also nice for seeing the sunset sinking beyond the mountains and the city lights at night. There is a nice, gentle hiking trail that will take you to Alps Park as well.
