Matsumoto City Central West Park (Flower Clock Park)
A beloved neighborhood park offering a relaxing retreat for residents
Located in central Matsumoto City, this urban park is easily accessible for a quick visit between sightseeing and shopping. A fountain is installed in one corner of the park, and during summer, you can often see children playing in the water. The flower clock in one section of the park has long been cherished as a symbol of the park.
Throughout the year, the park hosts various seasonal events: the Matsumoto Summer Fest, Nagano Prefecture's largest beer and food festival in summer; the Wine Summit, gathering Shinshu wines in autumn; and the Christmas Market, enveloped in a warm atmosphere during winter.
