Matsumoto Soba Festival is very similar to the harvest festival in other countries.
In the castle garden, dozens of booths and stalls with regional food products including “soba” are welcoming people.
This year, eighteen different soba restaurants join for the festival, you can enjoy subtle and delicate taste of soba at each soba booth.
Bring your own chopsticks and eco-bag is recommended.
