Nestled in the mountains of Shiga, where rich nature remains, stands this soba restaurant. Using buckwheat flour grown in our own highland fields and spring water flowing from the mountains, we continue to uphold the traditional method of hand-making soba noodles. While the menu features only soba, seasonal pickles and simmered dishes are served as complimentary sides, and the main soba dish comes with free refills.
