Handmade Soba Yamagata, located right next to the Matsumoto City Museum of Art, is a soba restaurant opened by the previous owner who moved here from Yamagata. We pride ourselves on our soba noodles, made and boiled using pure well water drawn from beneath the restaurant, which brings out the authentic aroma and flavor of the buckwheat.
