This restaurant prides itself on its fragrant soba noodles, made from buckwheat groats cultivated in our own fields in Azumino and Matsumoto, Shinshu. We carefully grind the groats using our own stone mill, and our artisans hand-roll the noodles. Enjoy simple, heartwarming flavors featuring locally and domestically sourced ingredients, including our popular mori soba and handmade nozawana pickles.
