① Matsumoto Soba Tasting Booth

・Free samples of Shinshu soba made with Matsumoto-grown buckwheat flour (limited quantity)

② Chūshin Area Specialty Soba Booth (Exhibitors from within the prefecture)

・Promotion and sale of famous soba from the Chūshin Area (including Tōji soba, Sunki soba, and Walnut soba, etc.).

③ Soba-Making Demonstration

・Soba-making demonstrations with commentary will be held twice daily. (Scheduled for 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.)

④ Soba-gaki Making Experience Booth

・Free hands-on experience making “sobagaki” using buckwheat flour from Matsumoto.

⑤ Soba-Related Product Sales Booth

・Promotion and sale of soba-related products

⑥ Shinshu Soba-Making Championship (Matsumoto City Workers’ Welfare Center)

・The Champion (1 person) will receive the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award (application pending); the Runner-up (1 person) will receive the Governor of Nagano Prefecture Award; and the Special Award winner will receive the Mayor of Matsumoto Award.
