This is the first feature-length fiction film in seven years and the culmination of Director Toshiaki Toyoda’s “Wolf Sōzan Series.” It depicts an epic chase in which a monk, played by Yosuke Kubozuka, and an assassin, played by Ryuhei Matsuda, face off across time and space.This transcendent journey spanning the past, present, future, and even the cosmos features an all-star cast including Junior Chihara and Kiyohiko Shibukawa. Guided by the sound of a conch shell, the two characters race across the boundaries of dimensions, delivering a breathtaking cinematic experience on an overwhelming scale from the maverick genius of Japanese cinema.
