Visit Mastumoto

At the Baba Family Residence, we host seasonal exhibitions related to traditional customs and events so that visitors can fully experience the charm of a historic Japanese home.

From February through April, we will host the seasonal exhibition "Hina Matsuri."

In addition to the pressed-paper dolls preserved at the Baba Family Residence, we will display a variety of pressed-paper dolls provided by local doll shops, including Bellamy Doll Shop, as well as seated dolls arranged in a tiered display.

Please enjoy a "Hina Matsuri" unique to Matsumoto amidst the charm of this traditional house built during the Edo period.
