A well in front of Kurassic-kan. It has an old-fashioned hand pump you will want to try for yourself.

The most famous well in Matsumoto, it is mentioned in old books as “Nagano’s greatest water source”. The cherry tree there blooms beautifully in April.

Listen carefully and you can hear the water.

One source of Matsumoto’s water supply, it has bubbled up plenty of water for more than 200 years.
