I am interested in swords, but it seems difficult.
It seems that learning martial arts is tough.
This is the perfect experience for such ones.
At each pace, you can challenge the basic way of griping, sword pulling, sword sheathing, and finally a simple manner.

Matsumoto Castle, National Treasure of Japan
Matsumoto is the town among the mountains of 3,000m above sea level grade. The convenience to transportation was not good now, but played a role that was important as strategic point of traffic that many ways gathered in the times that were transportation that foot was important.
