This space, renovated from a former pharmacy built in 1933, exudes an air of quiet dignity.Designed by woodworker Masashi Ito, this space houses "the BOX SHOP" on the first floor, featuring Shaker boxes and other craft items, while the second floor hosts a cafe and select shop. The cafe, with its high ceilings and beautiful plasterwork, offers blissful moments savoring lunch plates brimming with local vegetables. It also stocks beautiful tools and clothing to enhance daily life, making it a landmark in Matsumoto that embodies "a thoughtful lifestyle."

- There are two parking areas. You can park in the lot a few shops north of the store (only in the spaces marked "LAB.") or in the monthly-lease parking lot near the Ote 1-chome intersection, reserved for affiliated businesses (since it's shared among several shops, take a ticket from the box at the entrance and display it on your car's dashboard).
