Duration

① Meeting & Check-in
Fill out the participation agreement and insurance form.
Each participant will receive their gear and change into appropriate clothing.
We’ll confirm payment and encourage you to use the restroom. (30–40 minutes)

② Travel & Warm-up
We’ll drive for 15 minutes. We’ll loosen up with some warm-up exercises.

③ Activity Details
Trekking across Nomugi Pass on snowshoes! The ancient trail, rich with vegetation woven from coniferous and deciduous trees, feels wonderful just to walk along! As you stroll while listening to historical commentary, you might feel as if you’ve stepped back in time…
If the weather cooperates, you’ll be rewarded with a breathtaking view of Mt. Norikura from the pass peak!! We’ll serve a warm outdoor lunch while you take in the stunning scenery! ! With a 400-meter elevation gain, we’ll hike up to the Nomugi Pass peak and slide back down on sleds!
This is a tour anyone can easily join♪ A local guide will lead the way, so please enjoy a safe and worry-free snowshoe tour. *Please note that views are only visible when the weather is clear.
(5 hours 30 minutes – 6 hours)

④ Return & Dismissal
We’ll drive back to Daijiya Base, and the tour ends once you’ve returned your equipment. (20 minutes)

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you cancel for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:

5–3 days prior: 20% of the reservation fee
2 days prior to the morning of the day before: 30% of the reservation fee
12:00 PM to 6:00 PM on the day before: 50% of the reservation fee
6:00 PM on the day before to the day of the reservation or no-show: 100% of the reservation fee

50 minutes from Matsumoto IC. 90 minutes from Takayama IC. Winter tires are required.
(A four-wheel-drive vehicle is not strictly necessary, but if you have a two-wheel-drive vehicle, a front-wheel-drive model is recommended.)
