- From Matsumoto Station, take the Matsumoto Dentetsu Kamikochi Line to Shinshima Station (approx. 30 min ride). Transfer to the Norikura Kogen Line bus (seasonal operation) and get off at Norikura Kogen Kanko Center (approx. 60 min ride). Walk 3 minutes after getting off the bus.
