To accommodate the Matsumoto Citizens' Festival (Matsumoto Festival), one of the city's signature autumn events, traffic restrictions will be in effect on November 3.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation if you are traveling in or around the restricted areas during this time.
Due to the traffic restrictions, local bus services will operate on detour routes between 9:50 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on November 3, 2026 (Tuesday).
Please note that some bus stops may be temporarily unavailable depending on the route and schedule. We apologize for any inconvenience and recommend checking service information in advance when planning your journey.
