With the goals of “reducing waste” and “providing opportunities to enjoy the journey from imagination to creation,” we are hosting an event called “Seeds of Handicrafts”!

For those involved in crafting and art,

“We have a surplus of materials and stationery that are still usable but rarely get used,”

“I wonder if there’s anyone who could use the scraps left over from my creative process in some other way,”

We’ve heard comments like these, so we’ve planned an event to connect these items with people and places that need them before they end up being thrown away as trash.

Recently, opportunities to see and purchase craft materials in person have become increasingly rare.

We hope you’ll enjoy the experience of seeing and touching materials sold directly by creators—and let that inspiration spark all sorts of new ideas.

In addition to material sales, you’ll be able to participate in various workshops on the day of the event.

Our goal is to create a space where we can all enjoy together the process of turning imagination—born from curiosity—into reality.

Dates: July 19 (Sun) and 20 (Mon, Holiday)

Time: 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (tentative)

Location: 1st Floor Hall, Shinmai Media Garden

Admission: Free

In addition to hosting a market and workshops,

and materials will be sold by craftspeople.
