BON DANCE ASIA
A new trend in Bon Odori is taking hold across the country, as various cultural elements—including live bands, multi-genre hybrid DJs, hip-hop culture, and avant-garde fashion—converge with traditional Bon Odori.
Featuring the folk music ensemble “Nakanishi Lemon & Suzume’s Tears”—which stands out in the Tokyo scene and has attracted keen attention from overseas—along with the Matsumoto-based MIKUSA PROJECT and DJ Hajime Oishi, who will handle the music.
Led by professional dancers and local volunteers serving as guides, this innovative bon odori event allows anyone to join in simply by watching and imitating the moves.

Feel free to come and go as you please; wristbands will be required. There will also be a chill-out listening session.
