What is the "Shibafu Concert"?
A concert series for parents and their preschool-aged children that began in 2013.
Held in the grassy area north of the Kissei Cultural Hall, you can enjoy performances such as live music and storytime while eating your packed lunch♪
Everyone is welcome to attend. (The content is geared toward preschoolers.)
