The Second Event from the Kamikochi Visitor Center!

We’re hosting this year’s edition of our hugely popular annual spring event, “Flower Trekking”♫

Why not join us for a stroll through Kamikochi in the height of spring, when the flowers are in full bloom?

We’ll guide you from the Kamikochi Visitor Center to Myojin and Tokusawa, providing fun commentary focused on the flowers along the way♫

This year, we’ve prepared two courses: the “Tokusawa Course,” which ends at Tokusawa Campground, and the “Myojin Course,” where you can take your time and enjoy the flowers all the way to Myojin!

The courses vary by date, so please sign up for the one that best fits your schedule.

Your guides will be Tadao Goto (in charge of the Tokusawa Course), well-known for his mini-talks on flowers and his “Heart-Pounding Forest” observation sessions, and

Ms. Masuyo Misawa (in charge of the Myojin Course), who has been an active guide in Kamikochi for many years and serves as an instructor for the annual Flower Trekking event.

With their endless passion for plants, their stories are a must-hear and guaranteed to be a lot of fun! ♫
